Excellent service from start to finish!
I contacted Karen on WhatsApp after having my old kitchen removed and a new one installed, so I had a mixed load of waste to get rid of. She replied incredibly quickly with a competitive quote and availability, making the whole process really easy. On the morning of the collection, Karen sent me a message to reconfirm everything, which I really appreciated. As a woman, I also found it reassuring to support a women-owned business. Paid £200 for them to clear a patio.
Left lots of blocks behind, and refused to take blocks with concrete on them. I told them some blocks were stuck down, so it shouldn’t have been a surprise. They also said they would quote for some garden clearance when doing the job. But since following up about the remaining blocks, they have ghosted me. If you use this company, make sure you are very explicit with the requirements, and have it in writing. Karen and her team helped us to clear my father's house after he passed away. They were very empathetic and allowed us to take our time and work through all the memories that were part of the process.
