New tiled main roof
7.5Verified ReviewHad problems with my roof felting made worse when cowboys removed some tiles then left. KRS responded and I agreed to them carrying out some work on the roof. They reported the decay in my roof was more widespread, and I agreed to a new roof, which took just over a week to install. I would be happy with the new roof but in installing it they broke the flue pipe from the roof to my gas central heating. They said only that they could not reconnect my pipe, not that they had broken it. My gas engineer confirmed a recent break and that new roof flue was in a slightly different position to old.
