Superb team that really deserve this review.
Having owned several properties for many years Jack Kidwell is without doubt the best plumber I’ve ever experienced. Excellent work, on time on budget, and knowledge of his trade. I won’t go anywhere else in the future. I don’t normally leave reviews, Jack is the exception.

New home - washing machine & boiler serviced
ewly moved into our home, the washing machine had broken! Bought a replacement and needed the unit plumbed in. Not knowing anyone in the area I researched and saw Jack was highly recommended. Rang him and arranged a time. Jack was incredibly helplful and patient answering all my questions. Washing machine sorted AND he also sorted the Worcester Combi boiler and made sure everything was working smoothly. Very patiently also answered my questions. Jack - absolute life saver, thank you so very much.

Our boiler lost pressure and we were without hot water.
Jack was local to us and arrived within a couple of minutes of us phoning him. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within minutes. Polite, helpful and honest. This is what the trades should be. Many thanks Jack.
