We have used Kieran Construction previously, and due to his hard work, professionalism, approachability and extremely high standards, there was no choice when we needed to replace a large flat roof. During the work, he kept us updated at all stages, explaining clearly what he had done and what the next stage would be Kieran and his colleague Stuart kept the work area clean and tidy, removing everything that had been replaced.

From start to finish Kieran kept us informed of what would happen. We had a complete roof replacement including gutters, soffits etc. Kieran and his team (Andy & Nick) worked tirelessly and tidied up every day. Kieran advised us each day of the plan for that particular day and also discussed the job at the end of each day. I can honestly say we've never had tradesmen as organised and tidy as Kieran and his team. The finished job is exemplary and more than exceeded our expectations, the materials used were of high quality and Kieran is an absolute credit to his trade.

Extremely pleased with the work that was done by Kieran and his dad on my property. The whole process went smoothly from Kieran providing a quote through to the completion of the work. The written quote detailed exactly what would be done along with a price which was fair and was exactly what I paid (no hidden costs). I was kept fully informed each day as to what would be done and everything was kept neat and tidy the whole way through.
