  Door Fitting / Hanging

  Hanging x 2 interior doors

  1st hung satisfactorily. 2nd too small for but was hung/door furniture fitted without any consultation/agreement with me re modifications needed to achieve acceptable fit. 1.5 inch gap between door and architrave. Not acceptable! Nor can door be returned for refund. Pointed out that given it was his error he should stand the cost of another door He agreed and said would get back to me in x 2 days re new door. Did not, had to chase up Now saying will forfeit his fee but will not reply to any further messages from me. This leaves me £50 out of pocket! I am an OAP and cannot afford this loss.

  New skirting, architrave and doors downstairs plus assembly and mounting of flat pack tv wall unit

  Spot on all the way through, well priced and thorough quotes. Work was completed to a high standard and any problems were soon resolved by Kieran and just required me to agree to them rather than look to me for a solution. Kieran worked around my schedule and was really helpful where needed. Definitely recommend him and I’ll be using him for further work at my house.

  Replace Door Frame, fit door and fit sliding door + hardware

  Kieran did a great job for us creating exactly what it was we wanted. Very decent guy and did what he said he would do at a competitive price. We were very happy with his work.

  Converting loft into useable space, plus additional roof insulation and larger loft hatch.

  Kieran did a fabulous job in turning my loft into a more useable space, with additional stud walls, roof insulation, larger loft hatch, additional eaves insulation, and soffit vents. Very clean and tidy workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending Kieran to carry out work, and I will be asking him to do additional work in due course.

  Repair and replace rotten bathroom floor, and then lay new vinyl floor

  Kieran did a really good job. He responded quickly and started just a few days later. He was on time, thorough, polite and respectful to tenants. He inspected the problem, assessed the work and determined the joists were structurally sound, but a couple of floorboards needed replacing, as well as the levelling ply. He replaced these same day and the next day removed all the old vinyl tiles and laid a new vinyl floor which he sealed around the perimeter. I am happy with the work and would use Keiran again.

  In-built wardrobe and hatch cover.

  Kieran is a reliable, honest and conscientious worker with an eye for detail. We required in-built wardrobes and access to a new loft space and we accepted Kieran's quote. Kieran was able to start quite quickly, surprisingly, as I was expecting rather a long wait due to demand. The 'robe itself was not straightforward as it had to fit in with the roof purlin and a sloping ceiling but he managed to build something that is aesthetically appealing and practical. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
