We had a small mouse problem and John came round to assess the problem and leave mouse bait stations
John came round and assessed our house, where there might be problems, and also our neighbour's house and set up lots of mouse bait stations. He was very friendly and clearly knew his pests!
Removal of waps nest
Killaverm gave me a price for their works to be carried out. As the wasps nest was in my front garden they came out whist I was at work and completed their works. No inconvenience and wasps all gone.

John came to check our loft for rodents, same day response which we were so grateful for.
Bed Bug Issue
We called up in a bit of a panic after finding one bed bug. Honestly the service from Killaverm was nothing short of excellent. Within 24 hours our home has been treated and the service was amazing. We were really reassured during this stressful situation and the bug issue wasn’t as bad as we initially suspected. Hopefully I never have to use a service like this again but if we do, we will certainly be calling Killaverm again. Thanks so much. Cannot recommend you enough.

Advice on apparent vermin in loft.
Advised the problem was due to squirrels in the loft. Entrance under the roof was identified and blocked up the following day
Identifying source of Mice infestation in l;oft
John was punctiual, polite and thoroughh in identifying hom Mice were finding their way to our loft - would never have guessed from holes two doors down!
