Identify fault and repair
Ben and Dave attended my elderly mother's property to identify and repair a fault. My mum is 80 and often finds criticism in something or another. However, these gents attended twice and she had NO COMPLAINT whatsoever. She said that they were pleasant, tidy and above all efficient. This is high praise indeed from her. I would therefore highly recommend this company. They were quick to attend the problem, were knowledgeable and responsive. And reasonable. Lighting not working on upper floods

Replacement of consumer unit
I found kinetic installations limited very professional, friendly and efficient to deal with. Ben initially came to see the job at hand before providing a quote. I was happy to go ahead with them on the basis of the effort they made to make a proper assessment before providing a fair quote. On the day itself, Dave changed the fuse box. He was great to deal with, helpful, did a neat job of it, and tested all the outlets. I’m pleased with the service they provided and will be happy to use them again. Garden water feature repair
Ben was friendly, professional and responded very quickly after I contacted him. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable rate. Complete rewire on the downstairs rooms with a new fuse board along with outdoor power.

Faulty light switch rectfied
