Very polite, friendly worker who got on with what he was doing. And when he couldn’t fix my toilet seat he said so.

Excellent and quick work done. Was also helpful to share knowledge on other mini plumbing works to help DIY. Best part is that Leila followed up the next day to ensure everything with the fix was alright which I am pleased with.
