  I was extremely impressed with how quickly Joseph and his team were able to undertake roof and chimney repairs in what has been a very rainy time, so the urgency to get the work done quickly was paramount. • Pointing chimney and repairs to flashing to stop leaking flat roof

  Arrived promptly to give a quote. Looked very professional using a drone to inspect the the roof. The quote was well priced. On arriving to carry out the work informed me that another part of the roof which wasn't leaking needed to be replaced. Quoted £6000 which gradually dropped every time I said no. He managed to find more things wrong which were clearly visible during the first quote, these were mentioned in passing. At the end of job he used these problems as an excuse to cancel the 10 year guarantee. The roof not only still leaks but has got worse since his visit.
