0 Sub standard, not to brief, emails now bounce

Job location: CB5King Construction were asked to build a sound-proof wall. There was no aspect of sound-proofing. Sound can be heard through the wall as if you're in the same room. The work was sub standard. Door frames don't fit, the wall is not to ceiling height as agreed. They have used flimsy plastic angle trim to secure the ceiling grid - completely inappropriate. The architrave is awful. Door closers have pulled the architrave from the wall. Have had two carpenters look at the work and both stated it's the "worst they have ever seen". Contractor has failed to return keys. Email address no longer exists!10 Door hanging/ planing

The quality of the work carried out was of a good standard. Communication on delays etc was also good and appreciated. Everything that was negative about the job was nothing to do with King Construction, it was all Howdens fault (sending the wrong items, missing deliveries etc). I would recommend King Construction because of their willingness to go through extra mile with what we wanted at the core of their work. Three external doors were fitted for a local football teams changing room doors. King construction were very helpful in choosing the right products for us and helping explain why we needed certain products.
