    Overcharged

Yesterday Ipswich branch came and changed a gearbox in a UPVC door. While the work was fine , we feel we have been grossly overcharged. On your website it quoted £125. At first he tried to charge us nearly £400, but did drop it to £320. We did not have that amount of cash so paid £200 in cash and £120 by card. When he later sent a receipt there was only £120 paid by card on it. Thereby showing no trace of the £200.

    Steering wheel lock

Kingdom Locksmith responded to my enquiry very quickly and was able to take on the job at short notice. They arrived promptly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They explained everything throughout the job and were more than happy to answer all of my questions. A genuinely friendly and professional person who provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Kingdom Locksmith highly enough. Without a doubt, the best locksmith in the Midlands!

    Emergency locksmith call out

Really quick response when we needed an emergency call out. Dom was friendly, and clearly knew his trade. He quickly identified the issue and was able to supply and fit a replacement lock on the spot. Really pleased with the service and labour fee was lower than others quoted. Happy to recommend.

    Professional, courteous, efficient, job done!!

Really impressed with the service provided, from initial telephone conversation through to completion of the work by Dom. Have always been dubious of needing to use a locksmith after previously being stung but Dom provided a reassuring, confident and highly courteous and professional service and fixed the problem that other trades have been unwilling to even look at let alone resolve! labai ačiū
