WC/ toilet cistern that would not stop flushing - ie constantly ran. Was afraid of a flood.

Great response - Bob got back to my message straightaway. Though it was a Sunday he came round, diagnosed the problem ( and a potential worse one which he averted), stopped the water running and showed me a way of flushing toilet safely till the spare part arrives. Nice way with him, a man of few words but good at explaining. Not cheap but very fair for a Sunday (£95). Blessed relief.

Mains water pipe leak

Bob came out to see to a serious leak coming from a mains water pipe that was embedded in the concrete flooring of the flat above me. He responded extremely quickly and dealt with a difficult situation very calmly and efficiently. He did a fantastic job. Excellent workmanship, great communication, extremely professional. I’d recommend Kings Cross Plumbing without hesitation.

I called for an emergency plumber as I stated there was an issue with the pipework under our office sink, at no point did I mention a blocked sink, I knew for sure it was not a blocked sink. I thought it was to do with the waste pipe but wasn’t sure, it was leaking under the sink. Bob from Kings Cross Plumbers said he would attend which he did very quickly, he then called me to say it was the waste pipe not a blocked sink and said that would be £95.00. When I said I never mentioned a blocked sink and could it be resolved he said no sorry, when I asked does it not need a plumber he said y

Called this firm to arrange for someone to visit our medical centre to install a new toilet in the patients bathroom. I had to chase them and they then said they would let me know. I asked them how long I would have to wait and they then said it was best if I went elsewhere as they couldn't do the job. They should have said this in the beginning. Dreadful customer service. Avoid this company.
