Luke came round and gave a quote for the work. The 50% deposit was paid as per request before the order for parts could take place but after multiple emails and months of waiting we received nothing. On complaining he agreed to refund the deposit but nearly 5 months on from the quote we are still waiting. AVOID!

Last year, a few months after new windows were fitted by Kingsmead, we found that one had a faulty mechanism. Now after many months, in spite of many promises and excuses, the fault has still not been put right. Since October 2021 when we were told that we would be given priority, we have not been able to get any response from Luke Campbell. We chose Kingsmead as they were highly rated on Checkatrade, but are now very disappointed.

Luke was really efficient. Always returned calls asap. Good time keeping and really professional.

It was difficult to communicate with Luke. He gave an evening slot then claimed his phone had died. Few days after, he showed up but came late. No communication until I asked if he was still coming. Finally, it’s been a week and we have not received a quotation. Seems like he didn’t want to help. So glad we didn’t start any work with him.
