Efficient, polite, professional, great results and very tidy
Jim and his team worked really hard and efficiently during testing weather conditions (torrential rain one week then heat wave the next). The work they did was excellent and the results are fantastic. They were personable, considerate and friendly. In terms of time management they were always bang on time and managed my expectations. replacing flashing and tiles to the front of the house
James was great with communicating with me and worked solidly for the whole afternoon, even in this heat. James was also able to identify some additional problems with our roof and showed us pictures and took time to explain them to us. Honest, genuine, reasonably quoted
