Paul was brilliant. From the first email response, to the phone call discussing likely work required, to the work which he completed quickly and efficiently, he was wonderful! I would wholeheartedly recommend him and I’m glad I will know I have someone to call if I ever need a locksmith!

Locked out about 10-30pm and arrived within 20 mins. Local trustworthy and reliable. Replaced the faulty lock quickly efficiently and all left clean and tidy. Subsequently we asked Paul to replace another lock to match and again all done efficiently and with good communication and service

My key snapped off in the back door lock. Paul was able to get to me within a couple of hours and dealt with the problem speedily and without ripping me off. Highly recommend Paul.

Paul was amazing at helping us secure both the front and back door of our newly purchased property. He came out after work hours at short notice and was incredibly professional and tidy. He stayed with us answering additional questions such as giving tips on alarm systems and how to ensure the property was secure enough so we felt safe and comfortable in our new home. My kitchen window lock was very stiff and it was difficult to open. Paul provided me with 2 possible solutions over the phone and a quote which was better than others.
