Ian did an excellent job fixing my boiler. he is very knowledgeable and honest. he is reliable and prompt and has good communication. He also kindly unblocked our drain though he only originally came to do the boiler for us. would definitely ask him to service my boiler again!

Ian was very efficient and able to fit my service in the same week I posted the job. I turned up on time and was very professional and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend him and will use him for future services.

Arrived ahead of time. Ian was polite and got on with the job quickly. He completed a test and showed the result, confirming the fuid was doing its job. Ian also provided with very useful insights around boiler cover and maintenance suggestions. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable gas engineer with experience.

Ian promptly replied the request in checkatrader and we got the gas boiler service booked within a few days. He also checked our kitchen tap in the same visit, which was really helpful. Nice guy and good service!

Fantastic speedy service. Rang out of blue in panic due to my boiler leaking (in new home), Ian attended within 5 minutes, made safe the boiler and fitted a new one the following day. Can’t fault the service or workmanship. Very happy customer and would highly recommend.

My boiler used to make a loud rumbling noise if it had been on for a while. I have had 4 gas engineers look at it and “fix it”, one even told me I need a new boiler and it was leaking carbon monoxide. None of them fixed it. I found Ian as he was a gas engineer who could install thermostats and by chance I asked him to look at look at my boiler. He took me through what was causing the banging, explained I didn’t need a new boiler and it wasn’t leaking carbon monoxide. Since he fixed the boiler the banging is a thing of the past! He is very knowledgable, very good and very reasonably priced.
