Just been reading comments made by Kingston Plumbing on Tik Tok that another person unearthed. He (Ryan) is so disrespectful! Bragging about how much he charged, mocking his work for that fee, and generally rude to others asking simple questions. Turns out this company isn’t even a year old yet, and as I’ve just read his last company was subject to a Compulsory Strike Off (also after only about a year!). Ryan / Kingston Plumbing is clearly not a respectable business - if you have an issues I doubt the company will exist to correct them!

Made appointment with Kingston Plumbing for last Friday. The company failed to turn up or even contact me. In all very disappointing. Must be a very unreliable company

I had a leak from water tank cylinder. He could not carry the job, because my cylinder is very old model and there is no parts available, but he explained me very kindly and gave me other options. Very honest and kind.

Kingston Plumbing left us with two loose taps (both hot taps on the sink and bath), no water since Thursday, before not answering my calls, then turning his phone off, so he doesn't have to rectify the problems he left. I've recently being blocked on Facebook as well, even though he's used pictures of the job in our house to promote his business. On top of the above I'm now having to get someone reliable in to rectify his mistakes, which is going to be an addition cost. Kingston Plumbing, do the right thing and sort us a full refund, for what we thought was a completed job...two days later and we saw the problems.

Ryan is amazing. He came out the next day when I needed an urgent job doing, great communication and his workmanship is top quality. Highly recommend! Thanks Ryan!

Ryan was the second plumber who came to give a quote. The first one saw only problems and said it would take a day at least and wasn’t sure if he could get the parts anymore. Ryan came along, wore coverings on his shoes without even being asked to protect the inside of our property and assessed it quickly. He showed exactly what part was needed, said specifically how much three of them would cost and said it would take no more than 2 hours total. He then returned a few days later with the parts and fitted exactly as said and in only one and half hours. Outstanding work, very professional
