Simon and his team are amazing. They called me within 20minutes and booked the job then called to let me know the following day they were on their way. They fixed the problem and talked me through it. Honestly I can’t rate them any more highly. Incredibly professional, compassionate with great communication. I will be using them for any plumbing jobs going forward.

Simon called soon after job posted, gave a reasonable quote and advised he could complete the job the following day. Arrived as arranged, Job became more time consuming than he expected but price remained the same. Left the area clean and tidy. Made a courtesy call the following day to make sure everything was OK. Would be happy to use again or recommend to others.

Called within a few minutes of posting the job and luckily was in the area so arrived within an hour on a Saturday, which was great! Even pointed out something a BG engineer had missed during the last boiler inspection, which needs urgently fixing, which we're grateful for. Great service and a fair price.
