Our initial contact was for a boiler fault, his advice over the phone established it was a gas meter issue and the gas provider installed a new meter, solving the problem. James was so helpful we booked our boiler service with him. He did a great job, arrived when he said he would and gave more helpful advice. We will use him for any jobs in the future.

Some plumbers would have tried to fix it and I would have ended up with a bigger problem and paid for it... Thankyou ever so much for goibg out of your way to call asap and I will follow your advice.. I would recommend this courteous gentleman ..

Previously I worked for British Gas for over 20 years but decided do start my own business 3 years ago as I wanted to have a better customer relationship and experience.
