Leaking roof
Lee was able to inspect the area around back gutter of chimney using ladders safely, without the need for more expensive scaffolding. He assessed the potential issues where water ingress was occurring and repositioned some of the tiles. Lee went the extra mile and provided an informative video explaining some of the issues which was very helpful. Lee is also helping investigate another issue with another property where we have a problem with interstitial condensation on a warm roof. Great job, attended promptly
Lee came at short notice to manage the instalation of a bathroom fan, venting out through a flat roof. He did a great job, very neat, and fixed another couple of minor issues while he was up there.
