Roof leak
They came to repair my roof back in April, apparently everything was fine and sorted. 2 months later when we had few storms in June-July I noticed water was still coming through the roof, I tried to contact them and the man who answered the phone said the lads were in Australia doing a job and they were going to be back end of July which I said that's fair enough, I will call you back in August. New EPDM flat roof over bay window
Rudy was communicative and easy to deal with. He came out and gave a quote that was significantly lower than the alternative I'd been given. He did the job just two days later, and the result is neat and effective (it's been two rainy months since, and there haven't been any problems with the roof). They left the site very tidy.
