Strip and re-tile single storey extension
William Lee advised on leaks in the roof of this 12 year old extension within 24 hours of first contact and arranged to carry out work starting eight days later. The small team stripped the old roof tiles, many of which were broken. The old battens and membrane were removed. Velux lights and fittings were refurbished. New membrane, tanalised battens and tiles were fitted with the new dry hip/ridge fitting system. Lead-work and new extractor fittings were installed. Despite overnight rain the job was left watertight. The team are very tidy and thorough workers. Excellent work.

Remove tiles, replace felt and battening, relay tiles. Scaffolding and clean up also provided.
The level of service throughout was excellent, from arranging the scaffolding to notifying me when they would commence and complete the work. I had the tiles lifted, the old felt and battening removed and replaced and the original tiles relayed. They took the waste away and arranged for the scaffolding to be removed around my schedule, cannot fault the service or quality of work, I would highly recommend them.

Renewing a grade listed roof
Beautifully done, care taken in finer details the old tiles of 1840 now match perfectly. Amicable friendly workers we would highly recommend.

Re roof our house
We found Kingswood Roofing to be very professional from the initial contact through the quotation process to job completion. They supply a very bespoke service exactly matching our specification and requirements and the quotation was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved and the quality of the tile we selected. They arranged all aspects of the job . The quality of the work was in our option outstanding and at the end of the job they fully cleaned the site and removed all waste materials.
