10 Replacement of a basin tap and a toilet cistern washer.

I was recommended this firm by a friend. A visit was arranged to look at the required work and the problems were explained along with the necessary replacement parts. This was followed up by an estimate which I accepted. I was emailed when the parts had arrived and a date was arranged. The work was duly carried out, efficiently and tidily. Every step was explained to me. All correspondence with the office was done by email and I was able to pay online.
