We would highly recommend Richard and are very pleased with our extension. He offered alternatives to the architect's plans to improve the design, giving us more space. Regularly checking decisions of position of windows, lights, plumbing, sockets and switches to make sure I was happy. He dealt with all the building control. Throughout they tidied up every night and ensured we had working cooker, sink etc. At one point moving the chest freezer and contents into the house when the garage had to be cut off. Richard was very professional and knowledgeable from the outset, he had no problem in answering any questions, was clear on what needed to be done and the options we had. Works were completed to a very high standard which is evident from the zero issues we have had in the time that has passed. Overall Richard and his team proved to be very reliable, courteous and highly skilled.
