  The experience started well, John came and quoted and was very knowledgeable and engaging. The job was booked in and as we got nearer to the date I expected some communication about fitting. It was at this point, the lack of contact from John was disappointing. I felt I was doing a lot of chasing and got quite anxious. Once I started dealing with Michael the fitter, things improved and although delayed by a week, Michael did a great job. I’m am pleased with the final result, Michael was excellent, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication from John, which dented my trust.

  This is a brilliant company. John came and did a quote really quickly. He was organised and efficient. He brought choices of surfaces so no delay occurred. He wa very kind and ensured I was fitted in quickly Excellent communication from start to finish. Michael carried our the works. He was simply marvelous. He was kind and attentive , precision eye for detail, completed it beautifully. He was wonderful with my dog and so friendly. Mt kitchen is transformed and he diddnt leave until it was completed perfectly. He even ensured that the sink was replaced due to dent in it. Fantastic company

  We wanted a new kitchen but not have the whole thing ripped out. Spoke to John from Kitchen Makeovers who came to see us. Wanted replacement cupboard doors, worktops, new sink, new flooring. Chose everything then John did a visual plan of how it would look. Work started in Feb this year and the fitters Tom and Russell did a great job. They were both very professional and friendly. If I had any queries John (the owner) responded very quickly and really went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the finished result. Customer service was excellent.

  I employed Kitchen Makeover (Caterham) after a botched job from a previous fitter. I was promised the job will be completed is 5 days (-+1 day) and it all was well in the beginning. I was very clear that the job had to be finished on time as I was due a major surgery. Sadly I came out of hospital and the kitchen was still incomplete. He had all but stopped while I was in hospital. About 20days, 7 no-shows and some very rude behaviour later, he stormed out refusing to complete the remaining 10% and demanded full pay very threateningly. Since this job John has sent someone else to finish off the remaining jobs
