This company was cheaper than our original quotes but we now realize it’s because they do the bare minimum. The communication with the subcontractors is poor and the boss Colin doesn’t come to inspect the work. If you have a question during the process they just say ask Colin who of course isn’t there. The installation and templating were both messed up in our case. They moved both the oven and cabinets to the wrong place and and templated the quartz in an offset between the backsplash. This has all resulted in an unprofessional finish.

We went far above and beyond with this project, correcting various badly fitted cabinets at no extra cost to you, lowering your wall cabinets at no extra cost to you, sending our plumbers back twice to fit the sink you provided as it was not on site at the agreed time, at no extra cost to you, filling damaged walls outside of the job specification, at no extra cost to you. Colin visited the two day job on three separate occasions. Sorry if this fell short of your expectations.
