  Kitchen work

  Absolutely bad products and services. They take your money and afterwards never come back to you to compete the kitchen. Toby the guy is very bad at coming back goes awol for 6 months at time. Poor company and if I had know what this company was like I would never have gone there. My advice never shop here!

  Supply and fit a new kitchen

  From our initial enquiry to the end of job snagging,Toby and his team delivered a first class job alongside first class service. The kitchen was bespoke with all the cupboard and drawer fronts sprayed in their own factory. The attention to detail was amazing. If you are looking for a kitchen which is different to the run of the mill kitchens you get from the high street or the major DIY superstores you should take a look at what Kitchens 123 have to offer

  Kitchen

  Very nervous about updating our kitchen. Last had it done 22 years ago and apart from being tired it was ok. My wife insisted it was time to change and I have to say the team at Kitchens123 where brilliant to the point that they briefed me everyday to what was happening and what was next. We had a disaster on site and the sink was cracked, that didn’t stop them a quick phone call and one of the lad’s went to St.Albans to pick up a replacement. Excellent finish and we would like to say thank you kitchens123.

  Fitted kitchen and Utility

  Amazing all I can say, Amazing what a great team Kitchens123 are. From start from finish everything has been excellent the fitters are courteous and work to high standard, brilliant designs from Toby My kitchen and Utility is exactly what I wanted! I will be back soon for some wardrobes and eventually a tv unit.

  Fitted wardrobes costing over £7000.

  Symphony wardrobes. Shown a glossy brochure by Toby from which we ordered two wardrobes. Half money up front and remainder before work starts (no wonder). Supposedly finished on 5/8/21. Shoddy job. Chipped cuts, joins in pelmet etc anywhere but centre, drawers made up which are unaligned, doors unaligned, damaged door. I am still waiting to have this rectified. Had the new parts for months. I’m promised next week, week after week by Toby. Dave apparently meant to phone to arrange a date for the ‘snagging’. Never has. Very disappointed and cannot recommend.

  Install additional cupboard units

  We needed some additional cupboard units for our kitchen that matched those of our existing units. Toby and his team were great throughout, from designing and suggesting ideas to the installation. Anthony who came to do the install was brilliant: very knowledgeable in his craft and did a great job. Communication from Toby to keep us updated was perfect too.
