Fantastic job, couldn’t be more happy with the final result of our new bathroom Lewy did a fantastic job with the survey so we got the most out of the space we have. The worst company! Bathroom started Sept 2020 still issues, the shower has never stopped leaking into our kitchen, we have a hole in the kitchen ceiling they have just kept open, the bath is cracked and has been since it was fitted, the wall the shower is on because it has leaked so much it's gone through to the other bedroom causing the wall to shift and damp and mould into the bedroom, as well has ruining 2 wardrobes. The Financial Ombudsmen are involved, and they are physically telling us to get quote for 3 other companies as kitchens plus bathrooms cannot fix their issues. Tried to get away with charging £16,000. When not accepted put the price down to £12,000 within minutes. Didn’t make the purchase. Rang back the next day saying they could do the same bathroom for £8,600. 25 year guarantee so I agree and pay the deposit. They then stop all contact with us - no date set or plans sent and don’t return calls for a week. After a combined 5–6 hours in our home whilst we have personal struggles going on that they know of with our son they ring back after a week to tell us they’ve miscalculated and can’t fit our bathroom.
