Customers can request an hourly rate, so they know exactly what they'll pay, and our pre-move surveys are specifically designed to identify potential issues that cause stress to the customer - from parking restrictions to narrow stairwells. This also reduces the amount of time our crew are needed, reducing the cost. Our training programmes have been designed to ensure minimal stress during the move. Goods are packed, removed and stored safely and securely, using the best materials and procedures.
