Please save yourself a costly mistake and a lot of headache. This contractor is highly incompetent, with terrible work ethics, bad habits and no punctuality. He undertook remodelling two bathrooms at my house and the level of work is so low we have to re-do everything reasonably practical (essentially all finishes). In summary - nothing he has done is in acceptable standard, from all walls built being curved, tiles crooked and cracked, bathroom units not straight or properly fitted, electric connections and appliances done wrong, grouting and silicon absolutely atrocious and cutting corners..

Excellent communication and reliable. Always turned up when supposed to and no messing around. Anything I wanted improving was responded to immediately. The painting was good and I can’t give excellent because in places it’s a little untidy (I have very high expectations) e.G. Paint splatter on radiators and light switches.

The work took many more days than required because of messing around and either not turning up when expected or turning up randomly for an hour or two at a time. We were charged for “preparation for painting and wallpapering” yet none was done. There is paint on our carpets, curtains and on the wallpaper because of the order the work was done in. The wallpapering all needs to be redone because half of the feature wall in the lounge has been hung upside down, too much paste has been used in the rooms and the bedroom pattern not matched. We have not had a response from the owner after 3 emails.
