When we moved into our new home, we made contact with Kevin about a roofing issue that had come up in our homebuyer’s survey. The whole verge (up and over) needed replacing, including new felt, a new batten and new undercloak. New cement laid and tiles reinstated and replaced where necessary. Kevin had actually repaired several of the properties in our road previously and sent some photos of the works so we had an idea of what to expect. The quote included for the scaffolding and skip too. Very reasonably priced.

Very good. Speedy response, excellent workmanship and good value for money. Working in construction roofers tend to be challenging to deal with. Kevin is not like most in the industry. Very easy to work with. Happy with the product

From first contact Kev has been brilliant. I had several people let me down on the job but as soon as he was involved I felt completely reassured it would be done professionally and to a high quality. As I don’t live at the property he sent regular updates and photos so I could be kept informed of the work. He adapted to any issues by liaising with the relevant tradesman and made the process stress free ! The work quality was excellent and I would highly recommend to others.

Excellent communication throughout, was able to fit us in at incredibly short notice to fit eaves guards. Squirrels had opened a small hole and were nesting in the loft. We had a pest control sevice remove them, and Kevin was able to do the repairs and fit the guards the day after the traps were removed. We'd already been in touch prior to having the squirrels removed, and it was easy to get quotes. Would recommend.

Having to remove two chimneys and replaced half tiled roof, as a team worked well and efficiently. Good workmanship. Pleased with end result, would recommend.
