Karl was brilliant and professional. I hired him to install an outdoor tap for me. He arrived early but gave me notice and was excellent from the minute he arrived. He was very polite and kept me informed of the job he was going to do, checking I was ok with his proposals, and made sure I was happy before he left. Before leaving he tidied up and treated me and my home with respect. I’d have no concerns recommending him to others. Thank you again Karl!

Karl came on short notice to fix a leaked pipe under my sink and replaced it at very short notice. I highly recommend him, and will use again for all future work

Karl made an appointment to view the job and gave us positive and sensible advice. He changed his original date for the work to suit us and arrived promptly. He is polite, friendly and extremely skilled. He removed the old installation, replaced it with a new one supplied by us and left the room clean and tidy. His pipework is excellent and a huge improvement on the previous work. He completed the task ahead of schedule and his price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Karl’s approach was professional. He visited to assess exactly what needed to be done and advised on what new radiators to buy. He arrived promptly on the appointed day and worked to achieve what was needed. He left the job in a clean position and his attitude could not have been more pleasant. He had manners, good communication skills and was considerate of our views. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
