The team were absolutely brilliant. They arrived on time, were polite and hardworking. Dismantled furniture and reassembled at new location. Having unpacked around two thirds of the boxes everything appears to have survived the move which is a relief. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have used KJS Removals services four times now and I wouldn't want to go with any other company. Kirsten is so friendly and calm on the phone even when dates change (they don't charge if you change the date). Kevin came round to assess things before and left boxes, packaging, everything I needed. This is a lovely, family-run business. On the day, Richard (Kirsten and Kevin's son) together with his cousin Simon did my move and two other guys joined them later. Nothing was too much trouble, even taking the front door off to get my furniture in and taking the wardrobe apart to move it.

We booked KJS Removals for a short distance move (Newent to Ledbury) and honestly couldn't speak highly enough of the company as a whole. They are a genuine family run business who looked after us every step of the way. The communication was excellent, the reassurance was comforting and they more than delivered.
