  Changing some partitions, some replacement floor finishes, replacing sanitary ware in two bathrooms, some rewording, total internal redecorations.

  The work was carried out to a high standard, and was particularly difficult for KKPro to carry out as we, the owners, were living in the property all the time the work was being carried out, and yet they made it relatively easy for us to be living there all the time the work was going on. That saved us money in not having to rent somewhere else while the work was being carried out.

  Basement Conversion; Support entire house to install steel box frame to open lower ground floor onto garden; joining of upper and lower maisonette.

  KKPro are an enthusiastic and trustworthy building firm. No challenge is too great for them and they enjoy overcoming any issues that may arise. I had full confidence in them from the offset and I am delighted with the outcome. They are forward thinking and up to date on latest technologies. They are keen to find you the best price for materials even if it means sourcing them abroad- and saved me a lot of money as a result. They are also extremely polite, helpful and kind in general- they are gentlemen. I highly recommend them for any size of project.

  Large extension to house with extensive groundwork. Garden also required hard landscaping. Also a 2x Bathroom refit

  Rigorous quoting to architectural spec which meant no big surprises during the work. Team on site every day and updated every morning. Compliments from neighbours on their tidiness and work ethic. I wouldn’t hesitate to use KKPro again and have recommended them to neighbours. Job finished on time and also great recommendations on cabinet makers and decorators. Work involved groundwork excavation throughout ground floor, a new extension with party walls and garden hard landscaping. New floors, lighting, kitchen and bathrooms plus all new doors throughout house.

  Complete re-modelling of three bedrooms including extensive plumbing and re-wiring
