Emma is absolutely brilliant. She really has her work cut out doing my house as we have several pets, 2 teenagers and we are on a farm site but Emma takes it all in her stride and does an amazing job. My house always looks amazing after he's been.

Cleaned the flat perfectly, however did damage my glass hob which needs replacing. Advised I’ll hear from their ‘legal department’ which I doubt they have. No contact from them yet
