Arrived on time. Carried out the boiler service quietly and efficiently. Did a very thorough job. Would recommend without hesitation.

Gas pipe extension
Had the guy come around to look at the job, said it will be 3 hours of work max, gave us a quote of £300 quit. We've accepted the quote and asked him to book us in. He confirmed the date and time. I took leave at work and cancelled all the other tradesman who offered to do the job. The guy was supposed to come at 11:30 - when I called him at 11:45 if he's coming today, he responded "oh no, not comin' today, no". Absolutely unacceptable. No previous message to cancel or reschedule, no "sorry" or apologies when I called him. I would highly recommend to avoid this unreliable "tradesman".

Change of washer fitting in radiator valve.
The work was carried out quickly and without disruption to the flat. Having an appointment on the same day was also a bonus. Great workmanship and professionalism.
