The initial communication was great and they responded quickly. They arrived on April 11th and completed the job the same day and the fence is fine. Our problem is a 1.5 months later and they have yet to clear away the pile of the old fence. This was after many broken promises that they would come "this week" or "this Saturday" and never did. We regret paying them for the removal fee before they completed their job. I see that there is another recent review that has had the same experience. We were happy to give two local guys the work, but beware of paying them the removal fee before removal

Really happy with initial contact and fence build. Upon completion the guys advised they would return to collect the old fence/rubbish but sadly they never did. I had to initiate contact to check when this would happen and several promises to return were made and subsequently broken. 5 weeks passed and still no commitment to complete the job as promised. We have had to pay £180 elsewhere to have the rubbish removed today. A disappointing experience post fence build and once which would make me think twice about using them again.

Put out request for a garden gate, phoned me not long after and we had a great price and great job completed 24 hours later! really couldn't ask for any better

The boys done a fence extension and an overhang to stop a dog getting over. They had the job done quickly & efficiently at a good price. Very respectful & professional. Would hire them again.
