Very Polite , Hardworking and Professional

We used Klosi Building Ltd for a single-storey extension and full house refurbishment, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. The team were hardworking, reliable and easy to communicate with throughout the project. They did a great job with the extension and completely transformed the inside of our house. The quality of the work was excellent, and they always made sure everything was done properly. Like with any big building project, there were a few challenges along the way, but the guys were always helpful and found solutions. Would Highly Recommend Klosi Building Ltd

Garage conversion and single storey rear extension

First of all, communication is perfect. The whole team listened to my requirements, would give their professional feedback in case there are other better choices (as I am not the pro), remembered what I have said. In case there is any minor issue, they fixed it immediately and the communication was promptly, via instant messaging, phone and even video call for immediate handling. Also, during the work, they managed all the derbies, dumped in a proper manner without neighbours’ complaint. All the structural work, insulation, damp proof course, etc were all followed the market practice, up to standard. At least from my family feeling after move in, it’s warm, no leakage, no issue at all However, apart from the building, Florind did all the building control stuff as per his role and guided me through the procedure to obtain the final approval, basically hassle free. And one more thing has to say, their team is not just doing building work, they are a team with multiple skillsets including electrical, plumbing, gas, underfloor heating, carpentry, painting and even outdoor gardening stuff, this saved me not just the money, but also time and save managing others.

Outstanding Transformation from Bungalow to Stunning Contemporary Family Home

We recently used Klosibuilding company for our project to transform our old bungalow into a contemporary double-storey 4-bedroom home, and we are extremely happy with the results. From the demolition of the original bungalow through to the final build, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. The team was always on time, worked hard every day, and completed the project quickly without compromising on quality. They were polite, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire build. The finished house looks fantastic and has truly become a feature home that we

Rebuilt the whole of our downstairs and converted a garage,

We asked Florind and the team to knock out most of our downstairs walls, open up the whole of the back of the house, rebuild, convert our garage with new roof, insert many many steels! Then all the fit out - kitchen, bathroom, tiles, floor, electrics - everything!!

quality of the workmanship is outstanding

It’s rare to find someone who combines great skill, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer, but Florind Klosi and his team absolutely delivers on all counts. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a trustworthy builder.
