Highly Recommend
Highly recommended. John has been brilliant from start to finish. My Samsung American fridge freezer had a failed compressor and wasn’t an easy repair, but he persevered and got it working again. He was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and was always honest about the options available. He even fitted a compressor without any fuss. His pricing was incredibly fair and I genuinely felt he wanted to repair the appliance rather than simply tell me to replace it. Domestic appliances repair
John came out today to repair our dishwasher and did a great job. He was friendly, approachable, and explained everything clearly. We also asked if he could have a quick look at another issue while he was here, and he was more than happy to help without any hesitation. Hi, I'm John — the proud owner of Kmacdomestics, a rapidly growing domestic appliance repair business I founded in 2023.
While Kmacdomestics is still young, my experience in the industry runs deep.
I'm a fully qualified white goods engineer with hands-on experience working for major companies such as Hoover-Candy, where I spent over three years honing my skills.
I'm also a certified compressed gas engineer, a qualification I earned during my time with the Beko/Hotpoint Group.
Over the years, I've repaired thousands of machines and can confidently say it's rare for me to come across a fault I haven’t seen before.
I'm an engineer who takes pride in repairing rather than replacing — because I believe in saving both money and the environment.
