Keith and his team (KM Building and Landscapes) completed some kitchen alterations which were done to a very high standard and exceeded our expectations, transforming the kitchen. An excellent piece of work conducted by a thoroughly professional, timely and courteous team. I have used Keith on a number of occasions and he has never failed to exceed our expectations in terms of transformation, and would recommend him without hesitation. Keith and his team worked very hard removing dangerous decking and large area of gravel. Replaced these with paving and artificial grass. Access was very difficult so cwts of soil, sub cover and slabs had to be wheel-barrow in a long distance. After a large skip load of rotten decking and sleepers had to likewise be barrowed out! The team were always cheerful, polite and very hard working. Keith was good helping plan the design and sorting out any minor problems. Shall be using this firm again for inside work and have no hesitation in recommending.

Keith and his team are excellent builders/landscapers and I have my dream kitchen with bespoke larder units and utility room. Gave helpful advice when needed when changes being made. They also re did my garden with new porcelain tiles, artificial grass and composite fencing making it a low maintenance garden. They ensured that I was happy with their work and were prompt on coming back to do adjustments that were required after they left. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again for any future jobs I have.

Just had my "Trex Decking" fitted to my difficult specs. Very, very happy with the outcome. Super service, amazing workmanship and the attention to detail was second to none. The deck looks better than I had hoped for, thank you Keith and Nick.

Fantastic work from Keith and Nick. Both were very friendly, hard working and clearly enjoyed their work, which is always a plus. The work was carried out exactly as specified and with perfection, with all the finer touches attended to. Both were very tidy and left the garden and driveway spotless, wouldn’t have know they were here. A quotation visit was completed a few weeks before, which was very helpful, and felt a lot more personal instead of over the phone or email like a lot of firms. Overall I can massively recommend KM building for anything you need doing, big or small. Thankyou Guys

Work carried out efficiently and tidily, good workmanship and great end result. Very happy with the completed work. Would definitely recommend KM Builders and will use them again when I next need work carried out.
