  Ground floor extension

  The building process was frustrating with numerous delays and we were glad when it finally finished. Last week (one year later) a lot of water came through the roof of the extension and KMC have not responded to our e-mails. We thought this would be covered by some kind of guarentee but it appears not. We will have to get more tradesmen in to resolve the issue. After returning from holiday in Peru, Mike from KMC took the water penetration issue quite seriously. Two visits from his team and subsequent repairs appear to have solved the problem. We are grateful for Mike's diligence and he has honoured the guarantee on KMC's work"

  Two-storey house extension.

  Chris and his team did an excellent job, handling pretty much every part of the project. Even handled difficult neighbours and location constraints very professionally. We'd definitely recommend them, and use them again. Friends using other builders have confirmed that we had it great with KMC Construction Ltd!

  Extension.

  KMC Construction and their contractors did a great job. Chris is a perfectionist and treated the project as he would his own house. He had good ideas that resulted in a finished project better than we imagined. The team were courteous and reliable. They project managed a team of high quality sub-contractors who provided excellent work. They effectively co-ordinated with other contractors. When there were problems, they worked with us to find a solution and kept us fully informed. We highly recommend KMC Construction and are delighted with their work.

  Build 2000 square feet stone house and double garage.

  Kevin and his team worked hard to build an executive home out of local stone, they worked diligently at all times and were a pleasure to have on site. We knew at all times where we were with materials and budget through regular updates from Kevin and Mike. They played a major part in creating our vision of a high quality building which will stand the test of time. They even offered solutions to other areas that they were not involved such as the roof layout. The property can be seen from the road by anyone driving through Great Somerford, and I would wholly recommend this family company.
