  KM Construction is excellent. This job was a tricky one to move an existing toilet and create space for a separate toilet and utility spaces. To get the best use of space 2 pocket doors were used. Attention to detail was excellent with a really high quality finish. The two spaces work brilliantly now which is testament to KM construction understanding the brief and delivering. Everyone comments how amazing the room looks now. It's so refreshing to find a company that communicates really well with dates and quotes etc. Will always use KM Construction

  Kyle was great from start to finish. He moved our bathroom to the front of the house to create a larger third bedroom. Great at communication, very reliable and super tidy. We are so happy with our new bathroom - it looks amazing! We’re already planning to have Kyle back to fit a new kitchen and extension in future. Would not hesitate to recommend him and have done so already!

  I'm so pleased that we found Kyle - right from the start he communicated clearly with us about what was possible and gave us recommendations. We are refurbishing our house and had our downstairs flooring replaced, all doors, skirting and architraves, bannister and remedial flooring work. We will definitely be asking Kyle back for the next stage of our project and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Kyle is polite, considerate and incredibly tidy (I'm embarrassed to say that our house was always cleaner after he left than before!). We are extremely happy with his work.

  We needed a complete renovation of a small, awkwardly shaped kitchen in an old stone-walled terraced house. It presented many unexpected challenges but Kyle resolved all of them thoughtfully and effectively, including redesigning the layout, and managing the unplanned rewiring and plasterboarding of the whole room before the fitting could take place. We now have a beautiful kitchen, finished to an exceptional standard and to a tight budget. I therefore highly recommend this company. We found Kyle to be a trustworthy, friendly, highly skilled and experienced professional.

  Kyle is hands down THE best tradesman we have ever met. He completely renovated our bathroom, fitted oak doors / new skirting boards and laid our georgous porcelain hallway tiles in Glossop. Completed to outstandingly high standards. His attention to detail is fab and he takes such pride in his work. Honest, trustworthy, friendly, super tidy (brings own hoover), a true professional and most importantly fabulous standards of work. We would recommend K M Construction to everyone. Thank you Kyle - we will be in touch next time we need further renovations. Would say 10 our of 10, but deserves 11!
