Kieran was first class from the initial contact right through to job completion. Replaced ~50 metres of ranch style fencing, efficiently and to a fantastic standard. Tidied up and left the area spotless. I would happily use KMC Property Management again, they clearly take pride in their work and I highly recommend them.

Reliable, honest . No job is too small. Primarily it was just a fence to be put up. In the end they made a back gate, decking, planter and put a shed up as well.

Kieran and Joe installed two long fences with concrete posts in a day that was pouring with heavy rain all day. They came back the following week to install a large decking area which we couldn’t be happier with. They tidied up after the jobs leaving the place spotless. They are two hard working perfectionists with outstanding skills. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in hiring again or recommending to family or friends. Thanks Kieran and Joe for an amazing job.

Kieran completed a 40 foot fence with a gate for me back in April. I found the guys to be very accommodating and professional. I was very unsure of what I needed and Kieran went out of his way to find me the best solution as well as making me a bespoke gate. I highly recommend KMC Property Maintenance and will continue to use them in the future.

Great work carried out by Kieran. Re-done for garden fence which transformed my garden making it look amazing! Highly recommend.
