  Homebuyers Survey

  We went with KMF Asbestos as they offered a homebuyers survey on a property we were interested in. It was a really easy process as KMF handled the booking with the agent and kept us in the loop when the work was done. They provided an excellent report on completion which highlighted areas that did and did not contain asbestos. They also provided the information on what fibres were present and how severe they can be which really helped in making the next decisions. Really happy with the service and would recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind when thinking of purchasing a property.

  Great service, Report easy to read. Followed Covid rules and was very polite. The engineer was 20 minutes late but did call to keep us updated. Cost was fair and we had the report within 4 days The engineer was very knowledgeable. We would recommend this company to all our family and friends.

  Fantastic service, the survey was completed in just over an hour. Friendly staff. Report was easy to read. Covid Safe! The surveyor arrive at the agreed time and was very polite. Would recommend this service to all needing an asbestos survey.
