Karl and his team arrived on time and work completed was of a timely and high standard. Gave me a 10 year guarantee on work done. Will be using again if anything pops up and recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Karl was really communicative in helping decide which materials to use and came to properly inspect the job before we started. He arrived promptly, took great care to protect my patio while conducting his work, asked me to inspect his work as he went to check I was happy with it - overall he did a great job. I'm incredibly pleased with the end result. It wasn't an overly easy job, some precise measurements and cutting were required, but Karl made light work of fitting all 10 caps and just got on with it.
