Kiel is brilliant. New to the area and concerned about the age of our boiler, we called him when two carbon monoxide detector alarms started bleeping. Kiel filled us with confidence from the start and managed expectations that a new boiler may likely be needed given the readings - it was! Kiel decommissioned the boiler making it safe and ensured we had hot water. He quoted later the same day to supply and instal a new boiler (a very fair and reasonable quote) the following week. Kiel arrived on time when he said he would and did a great job. Very responsive and a thoroughly decent guy.

Kiel works incredibly hard, is very diligent and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job changing our boiler system from condensing boiler, emersion heater and water tank in loft to a combi boiler system. Pipework was all incredibly tidy. We also changed the boiler location and this was done very well and he ensured we were not left without hot water over night. Very happy with the work. Would absolutely recommend!

Kiel as always did a brilliant job. The fact that it is a replacement is completely invisible. Everything looks great and neat as a new pin. We know it proved to be more difficult than we thought but when Kiel left everything was peachy. Our go to for plumbing/central heating.

Kiel was punctual and efficient, a good humoured workman round the house who focussed on his job and cleared up immaculately afterwards. I was delighted with the end result.

In a nutshell Kiel is wonderful. Not only is his work exemplary, he can trouble shoot any plumbing issue and suggest the most efficient and cost effective solution from the customer’s perspective. He has been an incredible help through the multiple issues I’ve had renovating an old house suggesting and implementing the most sympathetic solutions to each problem. He’s also punctilious, courteous, trustworthy and super tidy. There simply isn’t anyone better in my book.

I called and Kiel arrived I was looking at a possible flooding. What a brilliant service. Kiel stopped the hot water ruptured pipe , bought new parts ,fitted them , saved me paying for a big expensive repair bill all in couple hours. Clean. , neat and tidy work. Good price Excellent
