Started on 24/4/18 and Started off very well, but soon left to do other jobs, kept promising to come back, but to no avail. We was lucky if Kane turned up late on a friday night for a few hours. Building regulations confirmed work needed rectifying to meet standards , KMS cuts corners to save pennies, but these cost you pounds in the future..  We are in the process of employing a chartered surveyor, as litigation will be the only option as we need to spend money to put his wrongs right

Very happy with the job. Always kept informed of what was happening and were helpful in offering advice. Also helped to get a great kitchen for me.

We completed a double storey side and rear extension including full electrical rewire, new heating and plumbing system throughout. From start to finish we were very impressed with Kane and his team, all the jobs on this extensive refurbishment were done to a very high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KMS Build to anyone and looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

KMS Clean visited to clean after building work. Very thorough clean of the area and the surrounding rooms that were effected by the building work. A very courteous and friendly team. Looked great and a fabulous add on to the building service.

From the moment we met Kane we had complete confidence in KMS. Kane is knowledgeable and could see our vision for a small space. A 123 year old house has hidden concerns and Kane was not phased by any of the issues he found along the way. He will not take any shortcuts and prides himself on doing the job right. He kept us informed and rectified any problems he uncovered along the way. His team were reliable, polite and good humoured at all times. They kept the work space as clean as possible and always very tidy. KMS exceeded our expectations and will definitely get our next project!

I had to go out while the cleaner was here and it was so nice to come home to the house looking great and smelling so nice and fresh.
