    Extractor Fans

    extractor fan was very noisy and the unit needed to be replaced

    Terry was very knowledgeable and helpful. When he came to install the new unit he was prompt and efficient. Communication was excellent and we would use his services again.

    Fault Finding

    First Floor lighting not working.

    Full compliments to Knapp Electrical for attending so quickly to ascertain why the lighting on the First Floor was not working. In addition to the failure of the lighting (which was due to damage to the cabling) he found that some of the recessed fittings were dangerous and will now fit safe ones. He sorted it out very quickly and recommended cost/energy saving bulbs for other fittings in the house. Would thoroughly recommend Knapp Electrical.

    Replacement front panel of a double socket

    I needed a small job to be completed the day of my phoning and to my delight, Terry was able to fit me in. The replacement socket panel was done very quickly and he tested the socket after fitting the new one. He explained what he had done and added an extra safety item. The invoice was emailed to me the same day. Terry was friendly and polite.

    Fault Finding

    Faulty wire

    Had lost all the lights to our kitchen and conservatory. Terry rang with a time to come and was punctual; he solved and sorted the problem quickly and also helped solve a separate issue. Would thoroughly recommend.

    Troubleshoot electrical problem stopping heating boiler from working

    Diagnosed the fault very quickly and made immediate repairs to get the heating on. Recommended future improvement to prevent future reoccurrence of the fault. We will take up this improvement.
