Thankyou for your review and im so sorry you were not happy with the quality of work. I assure you this is not usually the case as you can see from our reviews. It was clear the electrician wasn't having a good day and I have spoken to the electrician that did the work. It's no excuse but the electrician that usually does the kind of work was off sick that day. I appreciate the feedback and apologies or the damage we caused and hope the compensation helped. I will learn from this for the future and hope this doesn't happen again.
