  Terrace Leak Resolved Without Full Replacement

  Knight's were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We have a terrace located above our downstairs bedroom, and a leak had caused the ceiling plaster in the bedroom to come away. Initially, we feared the entire terrace floor would need replacing, a costly fix that several other contractors had quoted as the only solution. However, when Knight's came to inspect the issue, they quickly identified that the leak was actually aligned with the gutters along the side of the terrace. They recommended a much more affordable and targeted solution: re-waterproofing the affected area. Within a

  Flat roof fixed

  They fixed a flat roof that was leaking and completely damp inside. Quotes were quick and efficient and well as reasonably priced. They were able to complete the work quickly and to a high standard. The team were polite and left the property neat and tidy. An absolute pleasure to deal with, would recommend.

  Luke and his team are responsive, honest and reliable. Their professionalism made work go by smoothly and they took care of every detail as if it was their own home. I appreciated that they pointed out the need to repair an area of flashing, which we had not noticed, before taking down the scaffolding. When repairing the garage roof and brickwork, also managed to fix metal garage door to avoid its replacement. Very happy with the finished product, the home is now very inviting and the garage looks especially beautiful. Highly recommend.
